Our adhoc support is used by home and home office users, or small businesses without a maintenance agreement. We are usually very responsive, often able to visit you within two business days, although to ensure the quickest response we recommend a maintenance plan.

Our adhoc services are often used to;

- Remove viruses, trojan horses, worms and other threats
- Repair corrupt systems
- Replace damaged componants
- Implement automated backup systems
- Install new equipment or upgrade exisiting
- Setup or repair wired or wireless networks
- Configure new broadband internet services
- Give basic Windows operating system or Microsoft application training

Our adhoc support is slightly more expensive, however a reduced rate is possible if work can be booked at least five working days in advance.
