Maintenance Agreements

We recommend maintenance agreements for small business who require a quick response or who need the peace of mind that comes with preventative maintenance checks, telephone support and remote support.

Although each agreement is developed accordingly to specific requirements, typically we offer our maintained clients the below response times.

Critical
– Complete failure of business critical system – Response within 2 hours
High – Failure of one or more important functions – Response within 4 hours
Medium – Failure of non-critical function having no significant effect – Within 24 hours
Low – Requests for information, advance warning of changes/additions – Within 48 hours

Maintenance agreements are often taken on by clients with;
